​Survey 2 - We need help in finding presenters.  Please indicate a topic or two that you would be willing to present at a meeting or seminar.   If you are willing to present, please give name, e-mail & phone number so we can contact you. If you know of someone who would be able to give a presentation, give us their name and contact information and let us know if we can say you recommended them.

Survey 3 - Are you, or someone you know able to write a short article for our newsletter?  Must be something of general interest to the members.  Please fill in your contact information and the proposed subject for the article.
